Lisa Marie Smith, owner and primary consultant of Smith Business Services, LLC, has over twenty-five years of experience in the contact center and project management professions. During Ms. Smith’s career, she managed the startup of four contact centers for three organizations. Ms. Smith's consulting experience spans a variety of industries including application development, customer service, education, finance, government contracting, information technology, manufacturing, market research, non-profit, retail, sales, social science research, and training.
Ms. Smith is a PMP certified project management professional, a PMI-SP certified scheduling professional, and a PMI-RMP certified project risk management professional through PMI. Ms. Smith holds Prince2 Practitioner certification. Ms. Smith is a MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) and a MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist) for Managing Projects with Microsoft Office Project 2007, for Enterprise Project Management with Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, and for Managing Projects with Microsoft Project 2010.
